Our philosophy
Transparency is a process, not a slogan.
Rental prices can vary because the vehicle, rental period, taxes, deposit, insurance profile, payment method, and optional services can vary. Transparency means identifying those factors instead of hiding them behind an incomplete advertised number.
The online Concierge organizes the trip request. A STARS Car Rental representative then confirms availability, requirements, price components, and final rental terms through WhatsApp.
Before pickup
What is disclosed and documented
The approved vehicle category and rental period
The base rental amount and applicable taxes or mandatory charges
Deposit expectations and accepted payment requirements
Insurance documentation or protection requirements
Approved optional services and their costs
Pickup, return, mileage, toll, and use conditions that apply
A security deposit is not presented as part of the rental price. When required, it is identified separately with the applicable payment and release conditions. Final amounts remain subject to vehicle availability, customer qualification, and the confirmed rental agreement.
