Our philosophy
Transparency is a process, not a slogan.
Rental prices can vary because the vehicle, rental period, taxes, deposit, insurance profile, payment method, and optional services can vary. Transparency means identifying those factors instead of hiding them behind an incomplete advertised number.
For STARS, an honest car rental conversation does not mean claiming one universal price or making a superiority claim. It means separating mandatory charges from approved optional services, explaining deposit and insurance expectations, and documenting what applies to the customer’s request.
The online Concierge organizes the trip request. A STARS Car Rental representative then confirms vehicle availability, requirements, price components, pickup and return expectations, and final rental terms through WhatsApp.

A security deposit is not presented as part of the rental price. When required, it is identified separately with the applicable payment and release conditions. Final amounts remain subject to vehicle availability, customer qualification, and the confirmed rental agreement.
